Meet Our Management
Dave Moss proudly owns and operates the business, focusing on quality food, reliable service, and making sure every stop delivers hot meals and familiar favorites. Supporting the operation is Charity Rucker, our Driver Manager, who keeps routes running smoothly and on schedule, and Asher Moss, our Kitchen Manager, who oversees food prep to ensure every item meets our standards for freshness and flavor. Together, they keep the trucks running efficiently and consistently every day.
How We Give Back
At the end of each day, we donate leftover food to The Window and other local food pantries. This helps reduce waste while supporting our community and feeding those in need. Giving back is an important part of how we operate and care for the neighborhoods we serve.
